Process & Costs
Let’s begin our journey, together.
Reaching out and making the decision to start counselling can feel daunting.
We do our best to make the process as simple as possible, so that we can focus on supporting you. Here is how to get started and arrange an initial, confidential consultation:
Our process and costs
Book in for an initial 15 minute telephone screening call. This will be an opportunity to discuss what you would like support with, so that we can better understand your problem.
Initial screening assessments via telephone (15 minutes) are charged at £5.00.
Following the call, if we feel we can help, we will usually recommend an initial psychological assessment via online/telephone. This is so we can explore further what has been distressing you, explore how you have been coping, and to set goals for our work together.
If you are happy to go ahead, secure your appointment and you are ready to meet your counsellor. If you want to take it further after the initial meeting, you can book any number of consultations directly with our booking system.
Individual psychology assessments and on-going therapy sessions (50 minutes) are £60 for online/telephone sessions.
Sessional costings reflect the outstanding professional standards our psychology practice is built upon and the level of training undertaken by our practitioners.
Appointments can be secured promptly through our appointments system below, or directly and straightforwardly via our Online Booking Page. Payment can be made through this website via secured card payment.
